How to Order with Ratu?

Before placing an order, do read Ratu Terms & Conditions.

Step 1.
Select your desired item(s).Fill up the Order Form at the bottom page of this blog.

Step 2.
After the Order form is received by RATU, you will receive an INVOICE.

Step 3.
Please bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 2 days. If we didn't get any reply from you, the order will be void without further notice.

Step 4.
To avoid fraud, do attach the payment details eg; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the payment

Step5.
Once the payment been made, Ratu will post/COD your item(s) within 7 working days (based on availability of the items)

Ratu's Rules :

1.SERIOUS BUYERS only. No backing out once confirmation is made.

2.First Come First Serve Basis is implemented here.

3.Majority of the products displayed here are ready stock.You can book your favored product by filling up the ORDER FORM (at the bottom page).You'll get a confirmation email within 24 Hrs.

4.The booking period is applicable only for 2 days. Item(s) will be sold to other customer if you don't make any payment within booking period.

5.No exchanges, refunds and cancellations are allowed after purchasing process are done. Sorry!

6. Colors in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting. Therefore we will state the actual color of the products.

7.We used COD and POS LAJU as our METHOD of DELIVERY.

8.Prices are not including postage rates.Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.

9. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

10.We will display the Pos Laju Track Number to our Lovely customer/s.Please ensures someone is at home when the delivery is taken place.

11.Ratu will not be responsible for any loss/damages upon delivery of items.Any delay by poslaju, do check the status of delivery at http://poslaju.com.my/emstrack/

and go to the respective POS LAJU branch to check the item's availability.

12.COD is available around Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/Puchong/Bandar Baru Bangi/ Kuala Lumpur & Melaka

13.Every monitors display different colors and the definition of color for everyone is different thus Ratu cannot guarantee the color you see in our photo is 100% exactly the same as our product. GOODS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGEABLE.
